Millgate Townhomes is a premiere neighborhood in one of Tennessee’s most desirable communities. Completed in 2008, Millgate is located just minutes from historic downtown Franklin and offers a unique residential layout that is distinctive in character and design.

The Millgate Townhomes Homeowners Association needed a modern web presence with responsive design and a full slate of available features. The HOA Board wanted to provide community information to residents and visitors. residents and visitors to the community.
